THE MOST SINGULAR ADVENTURES OF SARAH LLOYD
This gripping and hilarious thriller is a combination of the political and the supernatural. It tells the story of Sarah, an attention seeking product of a wealthy London family who stays with her cousins in Ireland. She and her uncle Seamus (not a blood relation) fall in love and she remains smitten even when he eventually has to tell her who he really is.
Tragedy and ruin enter the story when the sinister Dr Blenkinsop comes on to the scene. A manipulative pervert, obsessed by stealing women's lingerie from clothes - lines, among other viler and even more degrading habits, he destroys any one he comes into contact with just for the hell of it and Seamus and Sarah are among his victims.
" A riotous read from start to finish."
